David M. Lachance
earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Waterloo in
1984. After working in the science field for a few years, David
developed a keen interest in the real estate field. In 1988, David
purchased a real estate company in Windsor, Ontario which help sellers
sell their own property. After helping thousands of people sell their
homes, David sold this company in 2005 and moved his family to the
cottage in Southcott Pines and joined Homelife Realty in Grand Bend.
David is a past member of the Rotary Club of Grand Bend and a former director of Southcott Pines Pines Association (SPPA).
